上海云日之木杂技艺术团成立于2004年，由人民日报社华东分社主办，上海中闻事业发展有限公司承办的专业杂技表演团体，演出阵容整齐，演员由来自全国各地省市杂技团体的精英组成，节目品种丰富，精彩，表演风格惊险优美；曾在国内、国际杂技舞台上享有盛誉，多次获奖，深受观众喜爱。
